A handling fee of $5.00 is added to the shipping of each order. The handling fee covers the cost of packaging and shipping materials.
We accept returns within one year from the date of purchase for all items with manufacturing defects or other quality-related issues, such as fabric flaws, zipper/button problems, and dye lot variance greater than 10-15%. MATTEO will cover shipping.
All other returns or exchanges from the website must be made within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
We do not accept any returns after one year.
If you did not purchase your products from the MATTEO website or Los Angeles showroom, please contact your original place of purchase to return or exchange your items.
Items purchased at retail price in the Los Angeles showroom can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days. We do not accept returns on discounted items purchased from the showroom.
Discontinued items may be returned, but a replacement will likely be unavailable.
