Policies

There will be a 50% restocking fee for any returns.

Returns exempt from the 50% restocking fee:

Quality related issues: rips, tears, incorrect sizing, holes, poor stitching, fabric flaws, stained, shredding, pilling, zipper/button problems
Greater than 10-15% variance in dye lots

Returns subject to 50% restocking fee:

Customer changes preference about:
- Color
- Fabric
- Size
- Quantity
Charges for damage claims:
- Items purchased 2 or more years prior to claim are not returnable, regardless of condition.
- Items purchased 1 year prior to claim will be replaced, but customer is responsible for shipping costs including cost of Tags.
- Items purchased within 1 year of claim will be replaced and MATTEO LLC is responsible for shipping costs (ground only).

Handling Fee:

A handling fee of $5.00 is added to the shipping of each order. The handling fee covers the cost of packaging and shipping materials.

Procedures

Contact your MATTEO sales coordinators at rma@matteohome.com or 213-617-2813 in a timely manner when an issue with a product has been noticed.
A sales coordinator will email or fax you a return authorization form. Complete this form with the information required. You will need to include your invoice and/or your PO number, and note the damage or issue with your merchandise. Please also indicate whether you need your item to be exchanged, repaired, or credited. Fax or email the completed form back to Matteo at 213-617-2816.
Have the merchandise boxed and ready for a call-tag pick up.
Once the items have been returned to MATTEO, your sales coordinator will send you repaired or exchanged product, or issue a credit memo.
